MRM Asset Management Corporation is a New York corporation founded by Miller Marcus, CPA, to provide ownership-level asset management for a small number of family-office clients with commercial real estate holdings. The firm grew out of years of operational and tax work inside a family office and is structured deliberately to stay small.

Miller is a Certified Public Accountant whose practice spans multi-entity tax compliance, family-office operations, and commercial real estate transactions. Engagements at MRM are taken personally — there is no associate layer, no rotating team, and no outsourced analysis.
